The Parmesan's restaurant is a great amenity and amazing as a standalone, but everything else is terrible. Parking is a mess with no digital options and you can't even call to pay. You just get a ticket that often doesn't get resolved when you pay the fine. Then there is the construction and constant landscaping issues with flooding.

But they need to find a CLEAR way to communicate which side of the tracks your train will be on. There is NO SIGN. I found an explanation on a wiki page and it switches midday, is different on weekdays and had no mention of which schedule to follow for holidays. You have a recording telling me a train is approaching in x min, but say nothing about which track! If you're on wrong side, you'll never make it to the other side before the train leaves.

Nice station, but the restaurant there is horrible. The creepy guy that works behind the counter has long greasy blong hair that hangs down over the food when he preps and serves it. My friend pulled one of those hairs out of her salad the LAST time she was there. Nasty.
