Great gym, great staff and AWESOMENESS all around. The workouts are tough, effective, and produce results. If you stick to this workout you will see results, it is the best hour of my day. I happen to work out with Eric G. Mon. Wed. Fri. and on the weekends. The core workouts by Issac is one of the toughest of them all. Once again you will see results! Out of all great trainers, Eric G. is the one person I hit up most of the times. Eric is the assistant manager there and I have nothing but good things to say about this man. Eric's training sessions and his music that he plays during the workouts make it a even better experience. ALL the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and high energy. The only one suggestion would be to add more classes on the weekend. Overall as you can see, I highly recommend this gym :) Hope this Helps.

This is a great gym, the best I've belonged to. The workouts are tough but really fun. They're also very effective. They're also very efficient--you get a lot done in an hour. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and high energy, and the management very responsive. If I have any complaints, it's that I with they had more classes on the weekends and shower facilities. Overall I highly recommend.
Been a member here since August and I love it. My favorite classes are the late night ones at 8 and 8:15. They fit perfect with my busy schedule and the instructors make it easy to push through a killer workout at the end of a long day. I have never found a gym better than this. Keep it up!
The staff is very good and they work very well with the children. The classes for the adults are high energy and will leave you as sweaty as you want.
I would strongly urge anyone considering joining this gym NOT to. The place is run terribly and the demeanor of the owners and employees is truly despicable. They are desperate money hungry dishonest scoundrels who should be put out of business. The owner is an out and out liar and a crook! After freezing a membership at the club they continued to charge our credit card and when we contacted them to bring it to their attention they asserted that we may have thought we called and didn't and they would make good by giving more membership months. We don't want it the product is garbage and so are the people. This is not about money it is a piss in the ocean but I am going to make sure I am the very last customer this place takes advantage of!
Much better customer service than in the past, classes have been MUCH improved. Amazing gym!
