WOW!!! Is this place REAL!?!?!?!? Amazing HANDS-on cooking classes. Ian teaches in the mornings & Shelley in the evenings. They are both WELL TRAVELED! The cooking classes are incredible! This place is a true HIDDEN GEM. Perfect solo night out or date night (even family/kid friendly). You will learn plenty while having a great time! Probably the best cooking classes in New Jersey & Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia). Well worth one hour drive for me!!! We LOVE this cooking school so much we have already been back for SIX other classes!!!!!

Attended two classes with Chef Ian, Sausage making and All about salt, and two classes with Chef Shelley, Enchiladas and Moroccan. Wonderful cooking classes in Philadelphia and New Jersey area! You will leave with a complete understanding of everything covered and more than capable to do on your own, not to mention all those insider chef tips and tricks shared constantly. Fun cooking classes, hands on and informative, finished off with the great meal you prepare!

Lovely location, very cozy, with a class of about eight. The main instructor, Shelly, is kind and competent, as were the two assistants present that night. I'll be going back again for more classes.
