I have been searching for a new Alfa Romeo Giulia for about a couple months now, visited multiple Alfa dealers (3 around my area) but could not close a deal with any of them. I called Derek and Toledo Alfa Romeo Saturday morning and made a deal over the phone. I drove 2 hours to Toledo, the car was ready for me and drove back with my new Alfa Romeo Giulia the same day. I want to thank Derek and Yark Alfa Romeo Fiat for making my experience with Alfa Romeo such a pleasant one. I love my new sports sedan! Rahul

Curious experience. I contacted this dealership looking to purchase a Alfa Giulia for myself. I mentioned I thought I might be able to introduce other interest to them, assuming this would be a good thing. I received a reply from Derek Balogh, who perfectly politely, said he had spoken with his GM and that "at this time we don't sell vehicles to brokers". I clarified, again, that I was not a professional broker and that I was looking on my own behalf. I asked him to get his GM to contact me. I received no further response. Intrigued, I emailed Joe Papalexis (GM). I again clarified I was looking for my own vehicle. I wondered, having worked myself for premium marque dealerships, if my understanding was correct that he was actively wishing NOT to sell me a car. I mentioned that I have never met a GM who wanted to restrict sales. Again, I received no reply, which is, frankly, just rude. Obviously I am not going to chase a dealership to give them my business so will clearly buy elsewhere but, as I started out by saying, it has been a curious experience.

Great service. Wow! Kyle helped me find a good car within my budget. Was honest and forthcoming. Felt very comfortable. Kyle went up and beyond what you would think of a salesman doing. He wasnt pushy. He encouraged an inspection. Very satisfied.
Ben Swonger did an amazing job helping work through my vehicle selection process. These guys and gals are great! We came all the way from Minnesota and they gave us a great deal as well as ensured we got the best financing. Picked up a nice Fiat 500 turbo from them and we are overall very happy! Would recommend! Ask for Tony Adler. He provided a pleasant buying experience.
I had a great buying experience with Ben when purchasing my Giulia! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job from initial walk in to completed purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an Alfa!
If you are looking to buy a Fiat I would tell you to only buy it from Yark and Tony. They have been wonderful with both of my purchases. I am very pleased with the deal and I love my car. Tony doesn't push or pressure you at all. He really is there to help you find what you want and then help you get into it. Don't cheat yourself...get the TURBO!!!
