Time to rant a little. 1. My Subaru got stuck in snow and burned out the clutch and flywheel 2. Towed it to Yark Subaru to be told that it's damage and not maintenance. 3. So I called State Farm to file a claim due to damage from the elements. They deny the claim stating it's a \maintenance\ issue 4. I go back to Yark Subaru and work with @Steve Shenefield and show him the claim and provide them the proof of my extended gold plus with added security plan that covers both parts. I get told that they are not covered, refusing my service plan. The service manager told me to my face that he would call Subaru of America, Inc. To discuss this further. 5. 24 hours later, nothing. So I call Subaru USA myself and had to file my own claim and was told they never received a call from Yark Automotive Group. So I was lied to by the service manager Steve Calevro 6. Subaru calls me back in less than 4 hours and was advised my service plan does not apply as it was said it was abuse and that's not covered. 7. So here I am with a car I've had for almost 2 years and have put maybe 15k miles on it. And my car is damaged from getting stuck in 2 feet of snow, My car that is designed to withstand elements such as this. A car that is built for rally. Yet 2 feet of snow is enough to make it inoperable. Really speaks a lot about the quality of the parts on my performance machine. 8. So here I am with a 2700 repair cost and a 2200 extended service that apparently doesn't cover anything. I started a new claim to get a refund on my service agreement since both Yark Automotive Group and Subaru are refusing to provide the services that I paid for.
The financial manager Brett did amazing. He really worked to make sure we got the best price for our car and the lowest interest rates. I would highly recommend these guys for new and used cars.
Brought my car in for an oil change and to have air pressure sensor reset. Oil change and tires rotate with no problem. Upon getting home I was told I had no tail lights my tail lights work fine when I got there. We checked the fuse box got the lights working however I called and no one returned my call. Also stated I didn't want a car wash on receipt which was not true I always want a car wash
