This place is terrible. I checked in on Saturday December 12 at 9am. I was told it would be Monday. I called Monday morning at 8:30am they told me my truck would be in the shop at 9:30 am that day. They got it into the shop at 3pm that day. They told me at 4:30pm that day that it had to go to a different part of the shop for more computer readings. They said they would get it in first thang Tuesday morning it didn't happen. I called them Wednesday morning at 8:30am and they said it had been back in the shop for about an hour. They called me and told me they found the problem and said they would call me that afternoon and tell me how much part and labor would be. I never got a call so I called them at 3pm on Wednesday and talked to the day shift service manager and he told me he had 2 estimates to do before mine and he would call me with it before he went home never got a call. I called at 5:30pm and they told me he had already gone home that they had to have the parts department get the price on the parts. One more time no call. Thursday morning they said they had to order a transmission cooler it would be at the shop on Friday. I got to the Kenworth dealership around 1:15pm. I was told that all the work was done except putting the cooler on. Well I finally left at 8pm Friday night December 18. This place is a piss poor Kenworth dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone except to stay away from it. No stars is to good for this place. I had to put a rating in but 0 is my rating.I also told them on Saturday December 13 I was under a load .

I took my truck in and had a small laundry list of things that I needed fixed. First I needed an air line that ties the airbags together. They told me that it was the old style hose and airbag and wouldn't be able to fix the airline unless I changed to the new style airbag. They were told to leave it alone and I would take care of it myself! When they called to tell me everything was done and I went to pick up the truck the airbags were there but had no hose on them! Second I told them I had 2 broken bolts that needed extracted and replaced. I see the one inn the back of the water pump was fixed. There was another under the a.c. compressor through the mount and into the head. It is still broken off inside the head. Third while they were fixing the bolt in the head I asked that my radiator be washed out so air could pass through easier. It looks like that was done, not really sure as the truck still runs hot, but I am in Az. Fourth I asked that my a.c. evaporator be removed and cleaned. They removed it and told me it was rotting and needed replaced. I agree to the work and expected cold a.c. it blew cold for about 10 hours. There is a leak in the line. Obviously they did not vac it down properly or the leak would have Ben found! Fifth front shocks r&r. Done correctly! Sixth pm service. Done correctly! Seventh 3 AXLE alignment. Done correctly. Eighth I had a clutch brake issue that I was told actually my throw out bearing, I agreed to a clutch job. I have a 3406 cat 550 up minimum 1850 ft lbs torque! They installed a 1750 ft lb clutch! Not happy with the service department at all! This place sucks! All of This took a week. This should not have taken a week! So 7300 in parts and labor and almost 10000 in lost revenue!
