Must have a reflective vest or they want your license for collateral. Once parked in staging you must walk dang near two blocks to check in. They will call you eventually with a door. Just lay down they’ll call. 1.5 hrs to unload, 2 hrs after that they called with lumper fee. Really wasn’t bad but I heard others talking about longer waits. I parked back in staging and got a few hrs sleep.

Dont waste ur time never come here after unload wait for paperwork 1 hr to 2 hr they dont care ur time and ur reffer fuel every one after empty pick up next load they help to cansel ur next load
Going on 9 hours in a door. This is unreal truckers have appointments and we are held accountable. Places like this should be held accountable as well!PS. CAPSTONE is a joke you take 9 hours to unload 10 skids and leave my trailer looking like you had a party in it and then on top of that charge me.
The absolute worst grocery warehouse I've ever been to. And the second worst customer I've been to in my driving career. They have absolutely no regard for your time. Expect a minimum 8 hour wait. I will never accept another load to here again.
Arrived 45 mins b for scheduled appointment. You'll have to park in a truck lot and wait to be called. Appointment was at 8:00 and finally left at 10:40. They will take time to unload and count each item into inventory. Overall not a bad experience. Have something to do to waste the time or get some much needed sleep.
