Elite moving and storage was wonderful. All of the movers were fast, professional and very efficient. I spoke with Donna over the phone planning the move and she followed up with phone calls to check and see what is the status. This move was hard because I didn’t know when I'll be moving due to some escrow issues. Each one of the movers did a great job. Very quick and super-efficient. I did Donna from customer service also followed up with me AFTER the move was completed. She wanted to be sure that everything went well and without any issue or problem. All in all, if I were to move again, I would definitely hire them and call Donna directly.

I called several moving companies and my initial conversation with Mary at Elite Moving and Storage gave me the confidence that they would do a good job for me. The quote for the packing and delivery was fair I thought and less than the other companies. The date for pick up of the furniture I was sending to North Carolina was up to me and worked out perfectly. The men who came to load the furniture were pleasant, efficient and professional. When the furniture was delivered to my daughter’s house in North Carolina her experience was similar to mine. The two men unpacked the crated furniture, brought it into the house and put it where she requested and offered to remove her furniture to the garage. She said they couldn’t have been nicer.
