I used aero for the first time today. The technician was Juan Torres who first showed up when he promised. Juan was very polite and courteous , and expedited the job in a professional manner. I will hopefully be using Aero septic in the future. The service performed was the emptying out the tanks.

DONT USE AERO!!! Scheduled to have my septic pumped which was two weeks out. I was told the driver would be at my house around 10 to 10:30 Saturday morning. Because I have a gate we agreed they would call and give me a heads up when they were on the way. I waited at my home until 2 o’clock when I decided to call. I was told that their truck was at my house at 9:30 AM and they called my cell phone. When I did not answer my cell phone they left. They did not leave a voicemail and nobody tried to call a second time or even to reschedule. I called on Monday and spoke to someone in the office she agreed that they should have made more of an effort to get ahold of me. I was told a manager would call me to see if I could get rescheduled quicker instead of having to wait another 2 weeks. Nobody ever called. I called again the Friday after Fourth of July and of course they were closed. I left a voicemail and again nobody ever called me back. I called for a third time and spoke with two different women whom both told me that they would not be able to have a truck out for two weeks. When I explained what happened I was told basically that it was too bad and they showed up and the truck was outside my house and it was not their fault. Nobody cared about the poor customer service I have experienced or the fact that I wasted my entire Saturday due to the negligence of the driver. This is a very poorly ran business and their customer service is pathetic. I called Jones septic and they will be at my house tomorrow. Very nice man who answered the phone, very professional and accommodating. I will never use Aero septic again
