I've had laptops and tablets for 15 to 20 years and managed to never damage or break one until recently. I got a steal of a price on this touch screen laptop a year ago, and because I have such a great track record with not busting them up I elected to not add accidental coverage on the standard warranty. Turns out that was an oversite, a mistake, or just Murphy's Law teaching me a lesson. Anyway I found Tomlin with an internet search, and I'm very happy I did. Liam responded to my basic contact inquiry with an incredibly detailed reply. So I made an appointment, dropped it off, and I have back already, just one week later. Liam was professional through and through. From an excellent & highly detailed first contact reply, to communicating status throughout the process of the repair, there is absolutely no issue to be found in the level of service provided.
