A/C unit started to crap out, I called 5 companies. No one could see it until next week or later. Luckily, Tom called me back, and said they could see me today! Right away, Thomas gave me a discount. Tom (his son) came out and cleaned the unit, showed us how to take care of it, showed us how to make circulate the air in the house better, very efficient, and very friendly. The unit needed a GOOD cleaning and freon. No hard pushing sale. I could not be more pleased!!

Tom Appliances is a joke not very good services i can say he is polite and cerdous to a point. But trying to get a hold of him is joke. I am renter and my sentral heat and air blower went out my rental angancy called him in the middle of August to fix it it is now almost the end of September he is hopfuly going to fix it today Sept 27 2017. I have called him multiple of times just got his voice mail. He tell me he is going to call me back but never does. I have to call my rental angancy just for him to call me back. If he doesnt have someone to answer his phone he need to have it set up so the call can go to his voice mail on his cell phone that he doesnt give out i give him a big huge
