I was skeptical. I won't lie. He knows what he is doing and is very professional at what he does. He was upfront and honest with me and so I was honest with him and told him I will be back for other things. This is what the world needs more of. HONESTY. Oh, I had to replace the battery on my Pixel 4XL. Took no more then ten minutes. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. See him first before going to your phone carriers \tech support\. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start out by saying I just moved here from the South. I have received absolutely by far the BEST customer service today (6-23-17). DEAN not only fixed my phone (screen and home button), but he also delivered exceptional customer service via the phone and customers walking in all while I stood there waiting for my phone and not once did I feel he wasn't taking care of me as well. DEAN was VERY informative and honest about possibilities in the future with my phone. These types of employees are few and far between and IFix and Repair (Ocean County Mall) hit the jackpot hiring DEAN!! If you ever have problems with your phone and want A service, go and see DEAN.
