Rented a 4” chipper to do some small branch chipping. The worker who helped us rent it out was in a terrible mood and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. We got it home, tried to chip the material, only to have it clog up every two minutes. The blade was not nearly sharp enough to even take 1” diameter material. We called the service center (the manufacturer and this rental center), and they almost seemed not to believe us. We took it back to the store and unloaded it, which was no small task. A different customer service representative came out, started it up, and put a twig through it (to test it?). The chipper spit the twig right out (maybe ripped a leaf off...) and he claimed it worked just fine. So according to his logic, if you want 1/4” twigs de-leaved on your property, go ahead and get this chipper. The blades were clearly too dull to get any real work done. I do not recommend this rental center and will never go back.

Rented a sewer snake that did not have the power to remove the clog. Had to pay a plumber come out and they tryed the rented snake and said it was not strong enough and the cable was all twisted so they used their snake and removed the clog. Returned the snake to home depot and showed them the recipt from the plumber and they still charged me for their unit. Very unsatisfied with the rental equipment.
