I’m a general contractor and I do lots of shopping at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Rented this dust collector vacuum, it wasn’t cleaner when I got it, and I thought you know it’s a dust vacuum, but when to return it they expected the vacuum to be polished. They charged me 25 cleaning fee for it. Greg didn’t have any sense in him, was acting as if it was the dirtiest vacuum he has ever seen. Home Depot you better get some training going (in the rental department) or be ready to loose some business.

Bought a gallon of paint at 9:51 drove home which is 14minutes away. Not even home yet and as I turn the paint tilt over and half the paint spilled on my car carpet. Completely ruined my car carpet! It’s obvious that the employee who mixed the paint for us rushed this and didn’t seal the cap correctly! Now when I called the store an employee named Nathan was rude and accused us of driving careless and that some how it’s our fault! I’m furious that he would even dare pin the blame on us for their careless work. My car is now damaged from the interior, are you guys going to pay for my damage and to get a new car carpet?? I have open new paint before and I know it ain’t so easy to just pull up the lid without a tool to pop it out. I’m and I know you guys know that this lid was not sealed correctly. Will never buy anything from Home Depot again, only reason I came here was because Lowe’s was closed.

Rented a jackhammer from Home Depot rental returned it for my cousin after one month.. he had been involved in a car accident and was I unable to return it himself. I was charged 1200 for the rental when the jackhammer cost 600 brand-new. The associates at Home Depot we're not very helpful and were very unsympathetic to the situation.
