It's a good place to rent certain tools because it's cheaper renting than buying if you're not going to use it often

Works so well with buying stuff like furniture from Costco if you don't have access to a truck. Home Depot truck rental will rent a truck or van for20 for the 1st hour, think it's 20 for every 15 minutes after.

It's a good place with wide selection but about 20% of the time there is something wrong with the equipment so you pick the thing up, take it a long way, start using it and it's either broken or breaks shortly. They should do better testing before setting them out for re-renting. Going back and forth needlessly wastes a lot of time. I rented a concrete saw. It quit after 30 minutes. I rented a rectangular hardwood floor polisher sander. It quit in 15 minutes. I rented a front end loader half track and the tracks came off when you turned left. I rented a barrel floor sander and the dust bag which was taped on kept falling off.

My experience went well. We went there to return an item and just browse around and ended up spending 700 dollars. A young man named "Lazarus" like in the bible helped us from begaining to end! He helped pick out the patio set, grill, umbrella and other items, reserved the rental truck, helped my fiancee and I load the items, we offered him a tip but just asked if we enjoyed our experience to just fill out the survey. This young man is a a very professional sales representative! If you need serious help I would highly recommend Lazarus for assistance! He will change your experience of how customer service should be!
