Can't reserve equipment within 24 hours online, but more than that you can. Wait, what? Drove across town only to find they were reserved. Not happy with HD policy.

This popped up as an ad to rent a van and said to call ahead for availability. I called, was transferred back and forth to four incorrect departments, then upon reaching the right department, was told that they do not accept reservations and they only have one van. I imagine anyone renting a van or truck actually needs it when they planned for, not just "whenever no one else is using it".

The equipment in tool rental is in bad shap they do not maintenance or sharpen the equipment. Equipment is rented out without proper inspection. Also the employees aren't very knowledgeable or just liers. Spend the extra money and save you some time and frustration by going to another place to rent your equipment

Management horrible...a tool was rented at 5 pm one day to be used the next day at 8 am. Didn't work. We drive 50 mins to return the tool and manager wantscto charge the whole day when the machine was not even started.... BAD COSTUMER SERVICE
