Took my laptop in to be repaired after being dropped. It was no longer charging or even powering up when plugged in. I had tested the cord prior to taking it to Inland and the cord appeared to be good. I got a call a couple of days later and they told me that the \smart\ portion of the cord was bad, and that they had plugged a different cord in to the laptop and it powered up and charged just fine. Inland could have taken advantage of me and charged me for huge repairs that was not needed, however due to their honesty and integrity, I was only charged a small diagnostic fee. Inland could have taken advantage of me and charged me for huge repairs that was not needed. Two thumbs up! I strongly recommend Inland for all of your computer diagnostic and repair needs.

These guys are great. I got one of those ransom viruses that locked up all of my data files. I thought I had lost everything. The tech was able to remove the virus and save all of my data. I don't know what I would have done had I lost those files. If you are having computer trouble, definitely go to Inland. They are the best!

I was frustrated with their \service\. My computer crashed and it was still under warranty. I thought somehow they were the representatives of the Toshiba company. They didn't reassure me. They said they would have to send for a new hard drive if it's the problem of the hard drive and it would cost nothing since the warranty was still active. In the end , they held the computer for a week, then made me pay the diagnostic fee for things I had known myself and told me to send it back to Toshiba company, which is going to cost me another thirty dollars. Why didn't they just tell me to call Toshiba in the first place? Why did they waste my time and money?
