I had no idea that this place even existed. The owner was so nice and down to earth. To be clear, this shop has no correlation to Kirby salesmen that come to your home and sale Kirby vacuums, he simply sales Kirby items and repairs what needs to be fixed. He stated that this business has been around since the 1960s, which is pretty impressive! I'm so thankful to know about this place, my only regret is that I don't know about it sooner .

The man (who worked in Topeka vacuum) was very polite and generous. He provided me with the parts I needed as well as demonstrated how to properly take the belt on and off. After the demonstration he encouraged me to try and he provided positive feedback. Thank you!
bought a vacuum through this dealership that was peddled at my home.returned the vacuum in new, unused conditions within the 3 day window by certified mailing the cancellation slip, as directed by them.they came and picked up the product, less than a week thereafter.they still have yet to refund my money though, nearly four weeks later!my next step is the better business bureau.
