While searching for a new truck, my wife and I visited many different dealerships. Not only was the price of the vehicle we ended up purchasing from them competitive, but the dealership experience was very welcoming. Johnny helped us out with our purchase. He and the rest of the people helping us were friendly and helpful. They offered us refreshments and, because we visited during COVID, they seemed to continuously wear masks when indoors and near customers. Finally, although it may not seem like the most important part of the purchase, being in the showroom was by far the best of any we visited. The whole showroom was clean, sun lit, and an overall nice place to be. I would definitely recommend Laird Noller Ford to my family, friends, or anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Battery dead and needed help. Called and got the name of a service that could come to my house to jump the battery. Was told I could bring it right in to get my battery checked. Got a much needed new battery with very little wait time. These service specialist are the absolute best. I count on them for honest help with my Ford Escape. Always feel like I am saving money since I am going where they know my car. They explain everything and understand things that suddenly come up. So professional and dependable. Have been a customer for 3 years
