I would give Charlie a 5, he was very courteous, knowledge and friendly. The Overhead door company, a 1! Why you ask? Charlie spent less than 30 minutes on my door, yet I was charged 224. for this service. The reason I chose your company is that the bio started you were a Veteran owned and operated company, with that in mind, I thought your prices would reflect as much. I and my wife are both retired Army, living on a retired paycheck, so I thought since your company is Veteran owned and operated, that would be a price worthy company to go with. 9.00 a minute, really! I also noticed there were coupons online, which I figured would be offered by your technician, it was not. That 50.00 coupon may have made it easier to justify paying that much. Maybe you could use that 50.00 coupon and use it against my payment. Thank you JC out I have been in contact with Brad Smith ref this review. The company that serviced my garage door are in no way affiliated with his company. I retract my review about Overhead door, the one that Brad Smith runs. His company has the utmost respect for their clients, civilians and Veterans alike. Next time you need service or repairs, make sure to check the company, and do not take the internet's ability to find the right one, check company site and reviews. Overhead door did a great job for us! The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us out so much. We will absolutely use them again!
Very convenient scheduling appointment on line. They were there the next day. The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our garage door opener promptly. We have had no problems with our 20 year old system since he fixed it. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny.
