This is my go to place for koi food. It is a warehouse with a front desk. Helpful and friendly staff. I was also able to purchase a UV light for my pond.

Wonderful people, very helpful. They offer only the BEST fish. My Son brought KOI as a gift from another Famous Vendor. The result--more than half of my fish died! I always add at least one fish every six months to keep the Biology fresh, but you cannot overcome just plain old bad biology. Asahi offer some of the very best fish, and they usually have some less remarkable fish for those who do not want to spend much on a fish. Some twenty five years ago my Son bought an (In my Mind) expensive (It was around fifty dollars for a very small fish) Yamabuki, she is now HUGE and a very happy camper. The Pond is under video surveillance so my Son can always admire the fish, even though he has long ago moved away from home. Taking care of your kid's pets is another story. Asahi is the place to go if you want real trophy fish, or just plain pond fillers. They have both!
