I really love this place. Delicious each and every time. The quality of the meat is great and I feel good after eating my meal. The manager and staff are also very friendly and helpful if there is anything you need at any point in your meal. I highly recommend it.

During Fall and Winter, I like to eat Shabu Shabu especially when it's cold. The ambiance is casual, very clean, and modern. Drinks The Genmaicha Iced Green Tea was light and refreshing. When I order Green Tea at other places it's usually watered down but not here. Note: Free refills on the Genmaicha Iced Green Tea. Food I ordered Lunch Combination Choice of 2 Items. The two items are Angus Ribeye (Choice) Regular and shrimps. My order also came with a plate of assorted vegetables, udon, and white or brown rice; I got brown rice. They don't serve any flavored broth which I was surprised but I didn't need it after all. The meat and shrimps were good! The Sesame and Ponzu sauce was rich and flavorful. Dessert First, they brought out cold frozen silver spoons for our Black Sesame and Green Tea Ice Cream. Combining the two flavors was a good idea, I liked it! Customer Service The first time I came here the customer service was Excellent!! Unfortunately, on my second visit, the staff was not as friendly and helpful. Tips -Save the Noodles for last. -Do you like extra spicy? Ask for the chili extract; it's dangerous! Notes -Parking Lot -Inside Seating

This place hits the spot when in the mood for something to warm your soul. The employees are friendly, if you're not sure what to do just ask them they are more than happy to help out, and it's useful information.

First time eating here and probably it will be the last one. I still don't understand the stars this restaurant has. We got inside the restaurant and no one came to sit us cos every employee was busy with their own, about more than 5 min i decided to approach one of the staff if we can get a table. We finally sat and got the menu...since it was our first time so we asked one of them how it worked. The guy took our order in a rush and he did not even ask what broth we wanted till i asked him about it...he gave us 2 options which were Spicy Miso (tasteless) and Tonkotsu (better than spicy miso). He also forgot our beer till we asked him again. For the meat, first we had 3 combination which were shrimps (5 pieces), American Wagyu and Ribeye Prime. We were still hungry cos the portion was small so we order 2 combination which were Ribeye Lean and American Wagyu. The bill was over 80 tip around 100. It's actually pretty expensive for the amount of food we got at the regular restaurant. One thing that pissed me off was extra charge 2.50 each flavor for the broth, so both flavor were additional 5 to the bill. I've been to many Shabu Shabu restaurants and never got charged for broth. For 50 each person i was expecting more than just mediocre food, nothing special, tasteless broth and no bueno service. We were very disappointed with the food and the service cos the restaurant was not busy but still we gave good tips just to appreciate people who work in this field and the only reason i gave 2 stars because the waitress was nice. We live in Beverly Hills and usually we go to Koreatown for Shabu Shabu and this place is definitely a total failure compare to Shabu Shabu places in Koreatown.
