I left this Red Wing store a very happy customer The service members were very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this store and boots
So before I went up there I called first to see if they had the boots I needed they answered and said yes and hung up quickly... so I see on Google they close at 6pm it’s now 5:20 as I walk up to the door it’s locked with a paper written in marker that says closed at 5... Ok fine it I see 2 cashiers just look at me and keep doing what they were doing... I gave it a 1 star because of the lack of communication after I drove all the way there to arrive before the listed closing time on Google only for them to be closed 1 hour before.

I don't know what to say? I love these boots. I love the quality and comfort. Best purchase I have ever made. I just wish there was another store closer to my house because I cannot stand the service from the male workers at this location. I dropped off my boots for a complimentary conditioning/polishing and was told I would get a phone call when they were ready. Of course I had to make the phone call to check and see when my boots would be ready! When I first purchase my boots It took forever for me to receive them because they couldn't locate them and corporate customer service couldn't help me at all. I'm stuck going to this location because of convenience.
