One of the best car buying experiences I've every had. Chris, my sale person, was a true pleasure to work with. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and was extremely personable. He even delivered the vehicle to my house the following day with a full tank of gas and fully detailed. The best thing...was no hard pressure to buy. Kevin, the product information representative, explained all the features of my new Chili Red Countryman Cooper S, with Iconic trim, and also took the time to help me sync my I-phone to my brand new car.

I had a great buying experience with South Bay Mini and their General Sales Manager, Mo Ali. He was more than willing to work with me during COVID. I live in Poway near San Diego and South Bay was happy to deliver the car to me. Once I had a friend look the car over on my behalf, we handled everything by email and final doc signing on my front patio. Car condition is outstanding and it was purchased at a great price. Highly recommended!

I find it fascinating that in the modern era of technology that they couldn't accommodate my purchase out of state. They want me to fly to CA to sign paperwork because of company policy, that's fine, but then why advertise online? At least make a note of it online so I don't waste my time all day trying to get hold of someone to buy a car. Good luck competing in a World of technology. It's no wonder the car hasn't been sold in over 100 days.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Had a lengthy and detailed text conversation with Chris Yuseco until all my questions were answered and the final price agreed upon. I asked that the paperwork be ready for signature when I arrived for a test drive and it was. Financial guy, Michael Yoakim, was ready and speedy. With the test drive, orientation to the car (my first electric), and signing docs, I was done in an hour. Easy in, easy out -- and they delivered my new car to Oceanside. I love the car and highly recommend South Bay MINI.
