We leased a Toshiba to replace an aging copier near the end of its life. Bill Kendall, our sales rep, not only got us a brand new Toshiba with added features but also a lower monthly payment we were previously paying on a lease of a used, no longer supported copier. He took care of all the paperwork to get us out of our lease, tax exempt status and insurance (the copier was covered under our blanket church insurance) from the leasing company. Bill has always been available to help with any issue or problem at any time. Overall very happy with both the Toshiba and Bill.

I bought a Lexmark copier/printer/scanner a couple of months ago from Bill Kendall. Great experience setting up and lugging away my old dinosaur. When my office router recently reset itself I found myself unable to use the scanner function. After exhausting efforts on my own to get it back working, I called Bill and the response was immediate. Rick, a technician, worked with me to get up and running. Great service and a great product!

Several months ago the small, non-profit church I work at purchased a Toshiba printer for my office. Our sales representative, Bill Kendall, listened to what my needs and wishes were in a new copier and he delivered! Bill has been great to work with -- checking in periodically -- and always available by phone. Delivery was on time as promised. Set up with Jeff Foisy went extremely smooth, even to the one quick lesson on the new copier! I highly recommend Bill and his Toshiba group -- they are a great team!
