Service has been great. Over the past 6 years we have struggled with IT providers - lack of knowledge, lack of responsiveness, and bad recommendations. We were to the point of considering bringing IT in house - we gave it one last shot at a company. And ToSolution has been amazing. Shawn has been great through the setup process and is great at keeping us accountable and following up when we don't respond to him - sometimes we need that. He keeps us informed and makes sure he has what he needs - he has taken true ownership over our account and its been great. Our staff finally enjoys having to deal with IT. Before our staff never felt like they were able to utilize IT due lack of knowledge combined with getting charged for every little thing. Our staff finally has a team they able to turn to when needed and not have to Google everything themselves. For me personally, it has nice to watch their help desk be able to navigate a Mac. Our last two companies - Krueger and Swick - both claimed to have someone on staff that was knowledgable, but I would have to watched as they Googled even the basics - and get charged for it! ToSolution has been a breathe of fresh air, knowing that we don't have to worry about IT. We can finally focus on the business and leave the tech to our IT company.

As a smaller business (36 employees) it is hard to get consistent and reliable support for our network and IT needs. ToSolution has been fantastic, we have utilized their services for several years in our company and they have not disappointed. They are priced fairly and are always there when we need them.
