Unprofessional people.. I was waiting for someone to deliver my medicine...no one never showed, up or called to tell me otherwise. I called off work....I had to call them and they tell me the driver said he will deliver my medicine tomorrow.... What kind of stuff is that....so the person on the phone say well it takes one and two business days.....I was not told that....no apologies or anything Never again....

just got off the phone with the manager Glen and I was very VERY upset. I am trying to get a second breast pump from them covered by insurance along with 5 pairs of replacement supplies like shields etc. as I have 1.5 hour commute each way and won't be able to wash and sanitize everything at work so the need for extra supplies. After 2 days of working with them to fulfill their requirements(I really appreciate my doctor's office being patient with them to work on multiple revision of prescription) , Glen judged my prescription as excessive and insurance fraud and refuse to fill my prescription but one breast pump. Who are they to judge me while I have fully innocent intention to utilize the supplies I requested. I talked to another medical supply company and was told that the insurance company pays them under cost for the supplies so they don't sell the supplies through any insurance coverage. Here is the real reason why Kosirog will not fill my prescription for extra supplies. After I requested to get the pump the same day, he told me he has to re-verify my insurance info even though I just got the same pump from them a couple of weeks ago. I won't get the pump until Monday because there is only one lady in the office who can verify the insurance information and she isn't there so no one can do the work until Monday. I do not believe that they will turn away other business for two business days because of the same reason. These people treat customers at their own will and have no respect for other people's time

The Pharmacy is great they do everything possible to check how you dont have to pay nothing or not much out of pocket thru your insurance. They give u great advise on how to take your meds. This place been open since i was very little now i am 45. My mother came here now i do. I hope they don't ever move because they are part of Chicago old school pharmacy. Unlike Walgreen and other big names pharmacy that charges alot.
