He is responsive and sounds knowledgeable but when it comes to doing the work he will do more damage then good along with charging you for things that he doesn’t do. Leave you and your family without heat for days during the winter until you need to hire another plumber to finish the job. Say he is coming back and doesn’t... I thought he was a nice guy and was taken advantage of.

Extremely detail oriented! Chris is a very Reputable guy with an extreme amount of knowledge in the HVAC industry if you’re lucky enough to work with him you won’t be disappointed I can assure you that this guy will go to great links to make any repair happen
Chris is the only guy out there who knows what he is doing with a/c and heating either gas or oil !!! Plus he wants to do the job the correct the first time, even if it will take more time and effort..... Thank you again for all of your service over the passed 5 years .....
