I ordered towels, 3 weeks later I called because they had not arrived and I was told they were on backorder. (me)You sell towels and they are on backorder? Ok so when will the towels ship? (them) They came in on Sept 23 do you want me to ship them? (me) today is October2 so yeah, yesterday or the 23 of Sept would have been good. Maybe an email to let me know you are not shipping out my towels? Any communication would have been appreciated. (them) Chirp,chirp ...nothing Looks like they finally shipped them, no express delivery just a 23 dollar shipping fee for a 97 order and another week before delivery. UUGG get it together!

We love our new towels, it is so hard to find a towel that does not shrink up to the size of a postage stamp and not go around the head. These towels were absorbent first time we used them, usually you have to wash them several times to get them that way. I highly recommend these towels that are soft they’re usable and I think they last a long time. Will definitely buy again!

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. Purchased 60 towels for our day spa and the quality is HORRIBLE! We wash everything prior to first use and these pilled after first wash. Called company to express our dismay and was told “we should have ordered a sample for quality assurance”???? These were their “Premium” brand. These towels were never used and I wouldn’t even use them to dry the wheels on a car. Extremely scratchy, lousy fibre and quality. My guess is made in China? Just cheap junk do NOT waste your time or money on a sub par product. Their are many other affordable options. Used PayPal so will escalate a claim more for the principle of it than the cost. Lousy product! Lousier Customer Service!

I have been using bleach resistant salon towels for years. This was the first and last time I will purchase from towel super center! Terrible customer service! A joke really. The towels bleached out and were lint balled everywhere! Towel Hub is where I'll be purchasing my salon towels!

Fantastic value for your money. High quality towels, in a variety of styles and budgets. I love that even the color towels are bleach resistant. I love that you can get the towels all guests in hotels wish they had at home. These towels are perfect for business as well as home. I highly recommend getting all your towels from the Towel Super Center.

Ordered multiple packs of black bleach resistant towels for my salon and they were not bleach resistant. I had already washed all of them before realizing it and accidentally deleted my receipt for a return. So now I’m left with over 50 stained towels and had to buy more from a different company to replace.

I would like to give this -1 star poor quality towels we washed these 3 times and dried them they are peeling and very then I ordered 20 dozen to get the better price and washed 4 dozen to see how they were. Called the company and was told because they were washed not used just washed we can not send them back and that we have to pay return shipping and 10% restocking fee. Poor customer service and Poor quality of towels. They will not last.

Absolutely love the towels I purchased for my new salon clients are loving my purple nail towels , and how soft my grey towels are for facials I also do hair so purchased hair towels that were bleach proof and they are holding up great !! Will be ordering more for sure !
