I would like to thank Chis from sales! He was trying his best but his manager did not want to negotiate with us! We received a call about \customer appreciation event\ few days back and received a code from Jeremy to present it to the sales manager once we get in so we can be \appreciated\; instead of that ,the manager gave us his number and we gave him our counteroffer and the negotiations were over. That is how we were appreciated by Toyota of Lincolnwood. I do not want to put one star because that will not change anything! Do not get me wrong Chris was great but his manager did not want or could not but for sure did not come personally to us...maybe there was something more important.

My service advisor, Terry Yancy, is terrific. He always keeps me informed about what is going on with the service progress and goes above and beyond to give outstanding service.
