So sad to see a toy store close that's been around since I was a kid. The employees were always so helpful and nice. The events they put on were so much fun, my kids loved it. The community is a little worse off now that they're closing.

Over priced still even though they are closing the doors for good soon. Hidden charges when purchasing any already assembled items. So that will catch you by surprise when you get up to the register. Perhaps if they were competitive in their prices associates would still have jobs in up coming months.
Love this store. Sales staff extremely helpful without hovering. Go to place for all toys and gifts for the Small Fries, but also has clothes as well as nursery supplies and furniture. Good parking lot.
Too bad they are closing.
I went in, literally, the day before Halloween and they still had a great selection of costumes for 70% off. I was able to snag two great costumes for my kids for the price of one!! The cashier was also super nice and friendly, which made the experience that much better.
The store is closing which shows in the condition, in the state of the products on display and employees behavior. The store has sold most of the valuable products, to liquidators and if you find a hard to find product it will ring up full price. The store will not honor the discount displayed, but will blame the problem on the liquidation company. If your looking for toys for children right and under, you will find some good deals. Anything beyond that your out of luck, or wait for the toys to hit a liquidation seller.
Not that it matters much now but store was cluttered and disorganized. I don't think the staff cared all that much at that point. Sad to see such and iconic company disappear. But brick and mortar stores are a dieing breed anyway!
The store is decent. Filled with plenty of toys and clean. Just be prepared to price match on some items as they like to charge more then other retailers for the same item.
