Worst customer service I've dealt with in my 20 years in they industry. They're labels are done by a company called ratchet industries and they are terrible. I will say a couple products I did like but their egos wouldn't allow us to come together and work on a solution over their horrible labels. The owner also had the gall to put down my current private label company and said they're the best at what they do, if that was the case I think they would be more well known.
