My father worked at this company for 40 years. He and a few others built this company from the ground up back when it was Suggs Sales & Service. Back in those days this company had a strong customer base, a very good reputation and it had employees that where well trained and they took pride in their work because my dad trained all of them. This company was the best place to work in Columbia back then because the employees enjoyed their jobs and they worked well as a team. My dad always gave the company 110% of himself by running the company like it was his own. Today this company is owned and ran by corporate Trane. Corporate came in and forced most of the original founders of the company to retire. This company isn't even 1/10 of what it used to be. The employees don't know how to do their jobs properly, their prices are too high and the employees don't really care about their jobs because there's no longer a family atmosphere. Corporate took over and destroyed a very good company and they thanked the original employees that built this company by firing them. Trane sucks don't buy from this greedy corporate monster they are destroying america.

The worst management I have ever seen! This company gives you raises when you perform well and then they turn around and fire you because you make too much? They routinely fire their employees to make their financials appear better. Not a secure job. This TRANE location is having cash flow problems.
Its a shame how far this place has slipped through the years.
