Ridiculously unorganized, unprofessional and rude employees, this company drops patients off either extremely LATE for their appointment or extremely early. Then leaves patients at the office for hours waiting to get picked up even though theyre very aware of office hours.

It took one driver abusing me and driving unsafe to bring 4 star rating to minimum single star. I have been very reluctant to use service since, though there are no options. Expect return ride waits in excess of 2 hours from scheduled time, up to an hour late on pickups, and plan accordingly. Driver referred to above was not fired, despite obviously abusing me and her unsafe driving. Terrified of using service since.
Just as bad as transit express. Neither of the companies know how to stick to a schedule and you’re regularly waiting 2 hours past a scheduled pick up time for a ride to arrive. It’s ridiculous that they just don’t care about being where they’re supposed to be when they’re supposed to be there. They take advantage of the fact that many people who use their company have no other options and treat them terribly
My brother has autism and is scheduled monday thru friday to go to and from milwaukee center for independence. His pick up time is 7:45am and he gets picked up anywhere from 8am to almost 9oclock everyday! Transit Plus makes me late to work almost everyday. The drivers are also rude and dishonest and will say they've come to get him and we refused when they haven't. They also drop him off early sometimes in the afternoon and I'm not home from work yet. He can't be left alone! There has been some late drop offs as well. But they need to improve on the punctuality and politeness. And don't have a \drop off and pick up when I wanna\ attitude.
