WORSE PLACE TO DELIVER TO EVER! Avoid this location. 1) We confirm delivery date and time. NOBODY IS THERE. 2) Management gets involved. THERE OUT OF TOWN CAN'T HELP YOU UNTIL MONDAY. 3) Keep in contact ask if anything can be done to help out as we confirmed delivery date and time. THEY TELL US THEY'LL BE HERE AT 11AM, 1130AM, 1PM, GET THERE AND SAY YOU KNEW I WAS GOING TO BE HERE, I HAVE TO TAKE MY SON TO THE DOCTOR AND ILL CALL YOU WHEN I'M DONE. Let this place get there own trucks and pickup their own freight. They would be out of business within a week. Piss poor attitudes from the management down to the lazy worker who doesn't work. There's other freight down the road don't come here.

We previously worked with other suppliers in our area, and recently made the switch to Travis roofing. I was a little hesitant at first due to our experience with other roofing suppliers, but I’ve got to tell you the team over at Travis has been amazing, I have recieved my materials on time, and right every time! If there has been any small hiccups they imidiatly send someone out to get it taken care of. You defiantly won’t find that with any other supplier in Houston! I even speak to the owners on a regular basis to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the customer service, and the products that they offer! I would defiantly recommend all my fellow roofers to give them a try! Not to mention they can save you time and money!!!! We all could use more of that...
