I have only had my bike for a few months but I love it!! Went back looking for a new rack as we are a family of 4 with 4 adult size bikes now and that can be hard to get on a smaller rack. Chris (in Mooresville) was more than helpful and found the rack I wanted and got it to me in just a couple days. The boys at the shop helped me put it on in the freezing rain and was laughing and smiling the entire time. I was on my way with my new beautiful bike rack!! We have gone back looking for more bikes for our family and they are so helpful!! I have been to other bike stores in the surrounding area and if you are not a regular rider you are pretty much laughed at because I don't know a lot about the bikes...not here! Therefore, not only do I love my new Trek bike the employees in Mooresville are awesome and we will continue to go back!

First, it was nice to see all the Trek stores in my area happily working together to get the bike i was looking for and to make sure I was happy at the end of the day.Next, after a few weeks, I was able to get the bike i wanted and it wasn't until halfway through my interaction that I found out it was the owner waiting on me. As a former franchise owner, I love it when an owner takes pride and is humble to wait on clients daily and stayed well after closing and not once looked at a clock. It was me that pointed out we were after 5pm.I received not only tips for maintaining my bike, but also what to look out for in the coming weeks, months and years. I was also encouraged to contact the store and owner by call or email for any issue that may arise.I had purchased different small biking bits and pieces and always had a quick, easy and pleasurable experience. It was nice to see that regardless of what I was purchasing, I was always made to feel important to those that worked there.Definitely one of the best customer oriented businesses in and around Charlotte, NC.Thanks.

Awesome experience! I was looking for a entry level mountain bike for my son, there was only one in stock that was on hold for another customer. Richard called me back later & notified me of a shipment that arrived & I purchased 2 bikes instead. The customer service from Richard was on point the whole way, I highly recommend Trek of Mooresville. 5 stars all the way, keep it up guys!
