conclusion M : I was very upset and the owner or representative quickly calmed me down without condescension. Basically TROGAN ELECTRONIX cares to make the customer fully satisfied (even when I was a hassle over something small). The owner was amazing with customer service. I was having a terrible day and use my computer for work. There were things I didn’t understand. He was calm and polite while I was rude. I apologized and he explained everything. The Side of my laptop wasn’t connected all the way. The internet didn’t work because the back of the computer wasn’t snapped in all of the way. I was disappointed.with that but he offered me 20 back when I only paid 25. I’m not going to accept the 20 because I know understand how the repair service was adequate. They absolutely did the job I paid to
Contacted by phone to ask if they had a vertical GPU mount. Instead of getting a simple yes or no he was strangely argumentative. He told me that no one on the planet would have such a thing because what I wanted to do was impossible. This was without even seeing what I was working with. I ordered one from Amazon. Manufactured by Cooler Master. Also available from Cable Mod, Phanteks, Fractal Design, Ali Express, EZDIY-FAB and others. Update: Not only argumentative but dishonest as well. The owner never offered any advice. Only argued that it couldn't be done. He actually said, No one on the planet would have such a part.
