Good service providing products that protect and enhance my phone. They are conveniently in the malls that I frequent. The employees are friendly and courteous. The one big gripe I have with Tricked Out is that they have a very poor return policy. Their marketing plan is to provide screen protectors and replace them when damaged and then offer accessory products while in store. I bought one of their quick chargers for my iPhone which did not fully charge my phone despite leaving it charging all night... in my mind clearly defective. When I tried to return it I was told that the policy was that the return had to be with the original box which I had already tossed. I was told to email my complaint. To me this is BS... it’s not the cost of the unit but the principle and a lack of respect for me the customer! This is a corporate policy that lowers the status of the company in my mind. Because of this policy, I definitely limit my purchases to the screen protectors and phone covers because of this.

Friendly staff, regular priced items. Name brands are priced accordingly to retail price. "Tricked out" brand not too bad, but more for convenience. Got an otterbox case and fits as expected.

Rebekah was very sweet and helpful. I loved that she knew her products and wasn't pushy. She gave me several options in the phone case I was looking for, and in the color I requested. She also informed me of the account sign up which also keeps track of your purchases. In the event that we need do a return we can do so without a receipt! Love it! Quick and easy, a great stop all around. I would definitely go back.
Windward mall kiosk. Two male employees. Both were very personable when approached. Replaced screen protector on both mine and my wife’s phones. Service was timely and efficient. Will return with any other needs I have in the future.
With COVID I haven’t been in there for some time but stopped in just to check out accessories for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The customer service was excellent. I walked out with more then I came for after the customer service I received. In the past the quality has been really good and their deal to replace their items is a true testament to the quality. Thank you! Will be back soon for the protection glass.
She was very nice and helpful. Upon entering she said hello, welcome, asked if I needed help . Showed me what I was looking for and told me about the sales and I ended up getting a phone charger cord that I needed on sale. Thanks so much!!
