I got stuck 3 miles from downtown with only a 20 bill and my credit card and since the buses don’t take credit cards or give change they either said I have to give them the 20 bucks or get kicked off the bus. So I paid 12 bucks for an Uber instead. They need to upgrade their technology.

The male attendant at the kiosk is rude and dismissive. If I wasn't dependent on the FWTA I sure as heck wouldnt use them.
