Illinois Horse Park is an amazing place that parallels Colonial Williamsburg when it's completed. As a business, I am a fully operational full service Carriage Company that backs this project of transforming Illinois Horse Park into a Living History Village. The carriages at Noble Horse Illinois Horse Park are exquisite, the existing town is quaint and charming. Have dinner in town. Meet the owners and enjoy your time there. Great historical experience! Check it out!

They offer horse and carriage rides but don't plan on it. I called the night before and had my 3 granddaughters (4, 6 and 8 year olds) all in their Cinderella dresses as we waited for our carriage at the corner of Michigan and Chicago as instructed. We waited over an hour and a half. I telephoned 3 times and they said they were coming. They never showed up and then stopped taking phone calls. The girls were heartbroken and cold. Dreams did not come true!
Fun place to take the kids. They put on a great show. Bring your own snacks and drinks.
We enjoyed the Nutcracker. The performance could use some direction in that they need to do less and just move on with the show. However, the performances with the horses were good. The gift shop could use more products. Specifically small horses. My daughter was heartbroken that they had NO horses for sale. Maybe some Breyers and Schlieck model horses? Just a thought. Overall a fun atmosphere and piece of history.
dirty place, unprofessional employees, have been rumored to have a drug addiction problem there, high powered animals around children is just unsafe and wrong. i will never go back there.. bathroom had roaches...i have a good mind to turn them in, i didnt understand them, they were speaking in a forein language.and they were women.
