I made an appointment with Dr. Dutcheshen who my primary care doctor referred me to. However, I never saw him. I was seen by his physician's assistant, Anthony. Now, when I make an appointment with a doctor, I expect to see that doctor. How would you feel if you made an appointment with your hairdresser only to find that you were getting your hair cut by someone you never heard of? So, Anthony examined me, took x-rays, and told me that there was no damage and that I had arthritis. This opinion was despite the fact that I told him that I had suffered an injury a few years ago (an x-ray does not show soft tissue damage). He gave me a cortisone shot and sent me home. After continuing to suffer severe pain for the following week, I called the office. I stated that I was angry that I was not seen by the doctor, that the PA ignored a crucial piece of history, and that I was in a lot of pain. Ruth told me that she would note in my chart that I preferred to see the doctor, not his PA and would check with Dr. Dutcheshen about how to proceed. In the meantime, she stated that she would call in a prescription for me for the pain--stating that it would not upset my stomach. I was satisfied with this. However, a script was not called in that day or the next even though I made an additional phone call (to voicemail) to see what the problem was. It is now the weekend. It appears to me that this is very poor office management. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Dutchesen is a fantastic doctor and I have had only great experiences with all procedures, appointments and staff. Also, his assistant Anthony is wonderful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Check them out, it is completely worth it.

Dr. Endress and the staff have been amazing. I really felt taken care of with every appointment. All the staff have been super sweet and helpful, and Dr. Endress addressed every need with kindness. Will definitely recommend!

Dr. Huber replaced both of my hips one in 2014 and the other in 2017...He is amazing! Besides doing an excellent job with my surgeries he has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very kind. I refer to him as a gentle giant. I would recommend him time and time again. Some of the office staff could use some training in compassion. Customer service requires a certain type of person, it's not for everyone.
