The only problem I had was when I brought it in I had to stand outside my car for at least 5 minutes before anyone came out of their offices to see what I needed. There were no other customers in the area at the time so it wasn't like everyone was busy. It would have been nice if someone would have even said \ Someone will be with you in a minute\. Overall I was happy because this had never happened when I brought my car in for service in the past.

The transaction of buying a vehicle went very well and we felt like that process was smooth. Four days after buying the truck the headlamp had major condensation issues...which means a broken headlamp. So I called to see what could be done and was asked if I purchased the mechanical warranty....not sure why that was said as the warranty wouldn't cover prior poor repair. It was just to get me off the phone. I brought the truck to a repair shop to find out the entire side of the truck was poorly repaired including a broken shutter and damage to the right frail rail end. I understand this is a used vehicle but the extent of damage unaddressed to the vehicle shows this truck was never looked at by a mechanic. I'm just another number to increase their sales. Will not be returning.
Everything went very smooth. Matt is a great salesman. He listens to what I want but also let’s me know what else is available without it feeling like a lot of pressure. This is the second lease I have got from him. Paperwork signing was great with Caroline too. Fast and efficient!
