LANG Is a great company, I am very satisfied with their work, they hired the best staff, they are very professional, and their work is absolutely awesome. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Derrick the project manager, and Johnny the punch out man, make a super team. I observed them going that extra mile to get the job done, and make me a happy customer. They succeeded, my granddaughter and me will enjoy our new kitchen together. Lang has done an incredibly poor job with every item that was installed and remodeled in our home. We used Lang through our insurance company for two claims. We should have learned from the first time that was a mistake. We had water damage from a leaking toilet that leaked into subfloors etc and that turned into a nightmare. The ONLY person at Lang that I enjoyed and felt was honest was Francisco the guy who draws out the estimate. The second time was for fire restoration and it took way longer than the estimated time and now that it’s over, we are finding more and more things wrong that devalue our home. The head guy we have spoken too just said sorry and that we signed off on it. My question is - how could we possibly know, as homeowners- not professionals, what the quality is until we have been in our home and seen the wear and tear? If things start falling apart immediately then I would conclude that it’s not quality work. A good company does good quality works and takes the time to make sure- they are not that. I wish I could give no stars because of how frustrated, upset and dissatisfied we are.
They remodeled my roof. We had excellent service with Ramogi Thomas of Lang Reconstruction and Construction. The roof turned out really nice and the dry wall work on the inside was professional done and the workers were courteous and professional. They were on time and completed the work in less time than expected. I would highly recommend Lang Reconstruction and Construction for additional work and to all my neighbors. Very Class Act. Thank you for making our experience GREAT!
I payed for the mitigation service that they offer. They told me they did not find any mold or mildew in the house. I asked for a written report of their findings they said they would write it up and get it to me but never did. When my property manager went to go check their work she saw that they had taken the new hardwood floor (The easy install snap-in) that we had installed a few months ago. When I called them and asked about it they said they would find out what happened to it and call me back. They never called me back, they have not responded to any of my emails, and they do not answer the phone when I call. I will end up having to take them to court soon.
