This is by far my favorite Willy's location (and I've been to several). The manager (owner? I'm not sure) is extremely polite and cares about his customers. The staff are always efficient, polite, and friendly. I'm happy to give them my business at least once a week (usually twice)

Tuesday was my first time at Willy’s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe’s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That’s all one could ask for.
Naijla and Isis went above and beyond for me and made my experience worth it! It was me and my friends first time and they were so informative about the menu! They were so patient and made me feel so comfortable! I would definitely be back just because of them! If they are not there I am not coming! That’s how much I really felt comfortable with them! They should be recognized and praised for their actions!
I went to Willys at Lavista today and had the best service. Charlie checked up on us and made sure we were okay. I definitely will go back!!
The food was decent at best. The fresh chips were good and tasty. The Quinoa Adobe bowl that I got was way toooo salty! It was almost unbearable. The salt unfortunately overpowered all the other flavors. The service was good.
