Unfortunately, I can’t say the same. We called Jeff 9 days ago and he wanted us to start the work on our own, by actually feeding the critter (and who knows what else) and when I called him the next day when I found the baby restfully sleeping on the top of the porch, he asked me to send over my info. That was 8 days ago and haven’t heard from hm yet!! Very disappointing especially because they came highly recommended.

Jeff and Mark were amazing! They came to The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain to do a snake capturing class. They were very informative and professional. Will be looking forward to the next class.

So I had a Gila monster under my porch deck - my dog wanted to face off with this monster. I contacted animal experts because I’d never seen one before and didn’t know how to remove it. Their very nice expert came to my home, the Gila monster was laying in the open took him 6 seconds to pick him up and put him in a 5 gallon bucket for 125 - Wow!! I can’t believe this amount of money for a very simple removal ( I have video) very nice people Way over priced so sad. Feel like I was totally ripped off. The 2 stars are because they were nice, took them longer to charge me than to remove.
I found an injured Hawk and they sent their volunteers to rescue this sweet injured bird.
