Kevin provided us a safe, smooth and informative hour-long balloon ride. He made sure all of the riders were comfortable and answered all of our questions. He and his crew did a great job setting up and taking down the balloon and then treated us with a delicious mimosa brunch. First class operation all the way!
I wanted to do something different for my family this year for Christmas, so I booked a Hot Air Balloon ride ! The experience my family experience was wonderful! Kevin and his staff were friendly and professional! I would do this again.
Our pilot, Kevin, was very: personal, Informative, and the leader of a great crew. We were blessed with 4 friendly ladies from Dallas, that kept the conversation lively and very pleasant. At 1st we thought that 8 people would be too many, but I'm happy to say I was mistaken; all 8 of us had a great time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was incredible, well worth doing it again. The views of the landscape and wildlife were thrilling. Though the brunch is not a sit down restaurant it was still enjoyable. Thank you!
