I Love the community vibe this area provides, welcoming and peaceful. I have family and friend who live here and am looking forward to joining in the community with my wife and daughter.

Its cool but the staff is rude. Lady got mad at us because we were playing basketball. As if we ain't grow up there. Lmao.

Took a tour of the park today with Yolanda Parra. She was very courteous and professional ,a real joy to be with. My wife and I found her very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The refurbish work they are doing on the units is excellent. They are all working really hard to clean up the park and bring it to their high standards. Thank you Yolanda for your time and cheerful disposition. You are a great saleslady!

Been struggling with management from day one, it has improved somewhat, but still needs a lot of work, had to do a Congressional on this park to get things going, that is the only way to get it done, but have not heard anything back from corporate and management. Work orders was my problem, also the 100 dollar referral program, never got that money, they gave me a story and never got that money, last thing was they promised me a shed, to this day nothing, I did see a new shed on one of the manager's Mobile home though, definitely not right, have to take care of the tenants first, then the leadership, lead by example. It'd be nice if they had monthly meetings on what the problems going on in the park, it would fix things I believe.
