I give this clinic four stars because they respect your privacy, they don't look down on you,and come of as genuinely nice people.

They never answer the phone, you leave messages, they never check them same day, so if you have to cancel an appointment hours in advance, it doesn't matter because you'll never get through and if you leave a message, they wont get it and then they accuse you of missing your appointment when you notified them hours in advance. NP calls me just now 15 minutes exactly before they close, saying I missed my appointment I cancelled, tells me to call her back asap, so I call her right back and no one answers, the phone just rings forever and ever... she did it intentionally so I cannot contact anyone... it's 4:55 PM and still... no answer.. called back to back.. it just rings... I'm going to a new clinic, way to much patient abuse and my Dr. Laughed in my face about my mental health concerns. This is a horrible place. Very unprofessional.

Called at the beginning of May and was kept on hold for 20 minutes, told there would be no openings till fall to winter. Talk about patient care -they couldn't care less about patients!
