Communication during the entire process was excellent and the installation process went very well. Our roofer inspected the final installation and said the roof looked good...no broken tiles. As a matter of fact, he was impressed by the bracket attachments. He said he especially liked the \flashing\ for the brackets. He said it was the first he'd seen it done that way. He was impressed.

Excellent service, from the quoting process to the preparation, installation, permitting and then helping us set up remote monitoring. I've been impressed all along the way, and their prices are extremely fair - I checked ;) My only regret is I wish I had done it sooner!
TFS were truly wonderful to work with. They were solid on all fronts-- from timeliness, communication, and managing all manner of logistical details, to the actual work they did installing the solar panels. Combined with their efforts more broadly in helping move renewable energy production forward-- in our community and beyond-- it makes supporting them / relying on their services such an obvious choice.

TFS installed solar panels for our home in Tucson just over 2 years ago and I cannot say enough good things about the company and the staff. Everyone has been great, and we are very happy;. We have not had problems with the system and it is delivering power as expected. About two weeks ago winds came up during the night and we could hear something rattling around on the flat roof where the panels are. We called in the middle of the night and left a message and before 8 am a technician was on our roof and discovered a patio umbrella that had taken flight and landed on the roof. He got the umbrella down and inspected the panels to be sure they were all right. He could not have been more pleasant and cheery at 7:45 am! This is indicative of their caring and service. I recommend them highly.
