I visited with my wife on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Apparently it's not the season for an outdoor furniture store! We were the only ones there. But it was open and the staff was very helpful. There are some sales going on but nothing really blowout. We ordered an umbrella that will arrive in the spring. They also have hot tubs, fireplaces, patio furniture, grills and similar merchandise. Good stuff for next summer when all this coronavirus stuff will be behind us. We hope!

Updating my post. The ads make it sound like there is a big sale on grills when really there is only one on sale. We heard both the radio and the TV ads. It felt like a bait and switch. We walked around and around and maybe saw one at that discount. We were all excited to buy and super bummed when we left. It's our first and last time there.

We are really enjoying our new spa and it was well worth the wait. The super nice folks from the front office to the delivery company were all wonderful to work with. A very professional experience from start to finish, as well as thorough upon moving the spa into place with great follow up. We had a challenging location, but delivery was met with a can-do, positive approach by all. Thank you everyone at Rich’s!
